THE TEKOA METHOD is the result of decades of epic fails in music ministry. Fueled by the real mistakes of real people while serving real churches in worship, coupled with the biblical account of one king’s response to the insurmountable odds of being outnumbered and at war.
Workshop.
We offer a streamlined version of The Tekoa Method to accommodate any conference or event schedule. For workshops we focus on the four pillars; Humility, Relationship, Awareness, and Skill. Our facilitators are engaging and professional, and seek to create a fun and free learning environment.
Curriculum.
We’ll provide everything you need to move through The Tekoa Method at your own pace in a small group setting. Resources include an easy-to-use Facilitator’s Guide so that any willing participant can help the others navigate the course. This option also encourages team fellowship away from the music, which we believe to be very important.
Retreat.
Our retreats were created for worship leaders and/or teams to fully immerse themselves into The Tekoa Method. It’s a roller coaster ride designed for participants to dig deep and take an honest look into their hearts and motives. It comes with plenty of opportunities for personal growth, team building, spiritual intimacy, fellowship and fun.
